Repentless

‘Piano Wire’ carries Jeff Hanneman’s songwriting into Repentless: it began as an unfinished song from the World Painted Blood sessions. Elsewhere, Gary Holt contributed lead guitar parts, joining Tom Araya, Kerry King and returning drummer Paul Bostaph on the recording.

Terry Date produced the album, released on 11 September 2015. Some material changed substantially on the way: ‘Implode’, first shared as a free download in 2014, was recorded again, while ‘When The Stillness Comes’ received a revised introduction and new vocals.
