ATW puts All Them Witches' heavy, blues-rooted playing into eight extended songs. Guitarist Ben McLeod produced the album, with the arrangements giving bass, drums and guitar room to settle into a groove before changing its weight or direction.

“Fishbelly 86 Onions” opens the record, while “Harvest Feast” stretches beyond ten minutes. The length allows smaller shifts in texture to become part of the movement rather than simply lead towards the next chorus. “Rob's Dream” closes a sequence that rewards listening to how the musicians build and release tension together.
