All Mirrors

Angel Olsen made All Mirrors with producer John Congleton, expanding her songs through strings and carefully layered arrangements. The opening “Lark” moves from a quiet entrance into something much larger, introducing the changes in scale that run through the record.

The title track gives that orchestral setting a different shape, with a steady pulse beneath Olsen's voice. Even when the arrangements grow crowded, the songs remain closely focused on her delivery, allowing uncertainty and resolve to coexist within the same performance.
